Location: Our client is a leading Construction & Infrastructure Company based at Mumbai and looking out for Business Head – Power Plant to be based at Mumbai.
Position : Business Head - Power Plant
Location : Mumbai
Candidate Profile :
BE (Civil) with around 25-30 yrs of exposure to Design & Project Management of Power Plants.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for heading the Power Business for Balance of Plant (BOP).
2. Extensive exposure to Design, Tendering, Costing, Contract, Business Development & Execution of power plants.
3. In-depth knowledge of BOP (Balance of Plant)
4. Anticipate, confront and resolve Techno- commercial problems to ensure smooth project execution within budget and time constraints.
5. Exposure to Equipment & Vendor Selection / Procurement.
6. Efficient claim and contractual exposure.
7. Responsible for project delivery.
8.Identification of Risk, its assessment and mitigation Plan.
9.Monitoring contract obligations and coordinating commercial, legal and safety issues.
