Location: We have multiple urgent requirements for Manufacturing Presales Manager with one of the world leaders in IT services- Bangalore.
Sub Division/ Sub Vertical: Manufacturing SBU – Presales Team
Educational Qualifications: MBA
Experience Level: 8 to 14 years in the IT Industry
Role & Responsibilities:
• Solution definition for large outsourcing contracts
• Anchoring solution presentation to customers and leading customer workshops during the bid process
• Providing leadership to the team responsible for responding to bids/proposals
Key Result areas:
• Client wins achieved by steering the Wipro team through various stages in the bid lifecycle
• Strategic solution differentiators created that help in winning large deals. These differentiators will need working closely with the Wipro domain and delivery teams
Skills & Experience Required:
• A good understanding of the overall IT outsourcing business and operational models
• Experience in solution definition for outsourcing engagements with specific knowledge of Application Outsourcing
• Excellent presentation skills with specific experience in articulating IT solutions to customers
Technical Skills Required:
Delivery experience in a global delivery model
Specific Domain/Technical/ Functional skills:
Understanding of manufacturing industry and the key processes in at least one of the industry sub-sectors is desirable
Key criteria for evaluation:
1) Experience in interfacing with customers
2) Good written communication & presentation skills
3) Experience in creating outsourcing solutions for customers
4) Delivery experience in a program management role
Other Preferences:
• Visa ready for US (H1/L1) or Europe (Work permit)
• Willingness to travel to customer location for long term
