Location: Position: Head Training ( AGM / DGM level)
Qualification: MBA / MSW preferably from a premier Business School
Experience: 14+ years, with excellent exposure to end to end in Training in
Manufacturing Organization
Responsibility: Will be heading the Training and Development for the
organization and will be responsible for all kinds of Training ( Technical, Behavioral and Leadership interventions for the company )
Key Points :
• Formulation and execution of Training Strategy for the company
o Training Budgets
o Technical and Skill level training for Shop floor work force
o Staff and Middle Management executive development programs based on
Organizational needs which would include Sales, Process, Skill, Behavioral
development programs
o Leadership couching and mentoring programs for creating leadership pipe line
for future needs of the organization
• Tying up with Polytechnics and other Technical Training Institutes for workmen
level
• Sourcing Facility and Training Consultants for Executive level programs
