We are currently looking for an Executive- Human Resources in Bangalore plant with one of the topmost Foods and FMCG Products MNCs in India

Job Profile :
Key Result Areas
- Support the Unit HRM in executing people policies and processes.
- Actively participate in the Recruitment of skilled, semi-skilled and highly skilled employees at the plant.
- Establish systems and processes in the area of employee amenities and benefits administration, payroll management and contract labour management.
- Responsible for ensuring highly efficient and error -free execution and resolution of all employee related issues
- Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all labour legislation
- Liaison with external bodies and local administration.
- Support the HRM in instituting appropriate recognition and grievance handling mechanisms
- Prepare HR Budgets relevant to his area of operation.
- Contribute to maintaining a union-free environment by anticipating issues and addressing employee grievances on a priority basis.
Education MSW or LLB or an MBA / Post Grad Dip. In PMIR / HR with 3 to 8 yrs Exp in Plant HR and IR.
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislations such as the Contract Labor Act, Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, PF, ESIC, Payment of Bonus Act, Factory Standing Orders etc
- Experience in executing and knowledge of the Disciplinary process
- Some experience in instituting new work systems such as Small Groups, Cellular Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5 S etc will be an added advantage.
Job Location : Bangalore
Salary : Based on experience and profile.
