    About the company: Top Salon brand in India, a part of huge FMCG company

    Position: Brand Manager
    Job Profile:

1. Design the innovation calendar for the Salons as per
    agreed Innovations strategic blueprint

2. Execute the launch of new services and professional products (hair, skin, nail, others etc)
    including management of project networks, consumer research, legal
    clearances, testing & trials of consumables, pricing, business case,
    being the key interface with all suppliers, designing in store
    communication materials, retail aids etc

3. Activate services and products by designing and managing PR and communication programmes
    (including media planning where appropriate) and promotions for products
    to achieve front bar and treatment sales targets

4. Populate the Salon innovation funnel


    Skills Required:

1. Passion for Beauty

2. External Orientation

3. Objective Analytical Power

4. Innovation Process Management

5. Project Management (basic appreciation)


    Qualification:

1. Post graduation in Management (Marketing) preferable

2. Min 3 - 10 years experience in brand management of beauty/lifestyle
    brands (preferably both in brand development and brand
    building)
