· Handling HR-BGC
· Should know to handle disciplinary cases
· Both back-end and front-end skills are required
· Should be able to manage scale / meet timelines
· Should have good HR operations skill, good MS-office skills
· Should have skill to develop or fine-tuning HR systems & Process with regards to BGC
· Client facing skills for audits, Prioritization skills, review the client contract with regards to BGC areas etc..

Must required:
· MBA/BE Grad with Min 3 to 5 years of Experience
· Currently working in Top MNC’s
