Location: Gurgaon
Role and Responsibilities
- Track Analyst recommendations on the company, on other companies in the Industry
- Analyze and keep a track on capital market activities.
- Maintain good relations with key Shareholders and also take care of Shareholders Data & movements in holdings
- Creating weekly reports & online updates for the top management
- Responsible for carrying out quarterly results-
- Disclosures in desired format
- Preparing for FQAs for any analyst call
- Support to CEO/ CFO for Board/ Audit Committee meetings
- Design and assist in developing content for organization’s & related investor community’s website.
- Internal results analysis.
- Responsible for Institutional Investor/ Analysts Interactions.
- Participation in Investor Calls & represent organization Conferences.
- Design and rollout awareness campaigns.
- Enhance Analyst coverage
