The Role is with one of the top NASDAQ listed Company in India, for Lead Assistant Manager/Assistant Manager – within their Compensation and benefit division.
It is a very strategic role which involves working with the top management team for the implementation of the Compensation activities.
We are looking for MBA having extensive experience in Compensation planning. Designing, Benchmarking & review.
The role will be based at Noida.
Minimum Experience- 3 years in HR (2 years extensively in C&B- division)
