Location: Management Consulting Talent @ Gurgaon
Our client is a consulting start-up in NCR working on some Blue-Chip accounts with a Team of high-end consulting talent. If you are looking for entrepreneurial challenges and want to own a piece of this start-up through their compensation model that has a mandatory Equity component built-in, this could be the right option for you.
Our client expects you to be appreciative of risk-reward equation of a start-up and willing to take up on-site assignments that could mean being away from home base for long durations.
We are immediately looking for following candidates in NCR for augmenting their consulting talent pool.
Lead Consultants : 8-12 Years of proven consulting experience in any domain. Must have client/account management experience also. Business Development experience would be an added advantage. MBA from a good B-School is mandatory. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must. Should be capable of leading a team of consultants.
