Job Code: 13327 Location: Currently we have a suitable vacancy as DGM/GM-HR with our clients who are a large, leading, professionally managed, highly respected, rapidly expanding, multi-locational retailing organistion - leaders in their field. The position is based in Mumbai suburbs and reports to the Head-HR. Job profile: This is a challenging assignment and will involve strategising and implementing the All-India HR. The position is responsible for leading, directing and controlling the entire HR of the SBU. Will lead a large, multilocational team. Will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, PMS and compensation & benefits. KRAs:
* Developing recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives * Advising on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function * Contributing to the management of change and the provision of business focus solutions in a fast moving environment * Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business * Co-ordinating the comprehensive training and development programme * Supporting fast growing organization with quality recruitment of talent suitable to the organizational needs and managing the same with appropriate training and development programme * Managing overall infrastructure for the office and its resources with appropriate strategy to make the work place as an interesting and comfortable place for all employees
