Responsibilities
· Provide primary client facing HR support for pursuit stage and transfer analysis of deals involving people transfer
· Lead the people transfer and integration activities for each deal
· Analyze RFP business requirements and formulate solutions for their implementation into employee integration programs.
· Conduct costing analysis for staff transfer to achieve optimized solution
· Consult with IBU/BEF/Clients on People transfer process to ensure understanding of people transfer parameters
· Conduct job mapping and market analysis for new country startup as part of Deal structuring.
· Lead development of people transfer costing with DAG in order to ensure that people transfer has been properly costed into the business acquisition.
· Effectively plan the transition by conducting Interviews and identifying the right candidates. Conduct Integration Partner Planning for all the transferred staff. Overall ensure there is a smooth on boarding by liaising with various stakeholders such as C&B, CCD, etc,.
· Lead staff integration activities for all transferred staff in order to ensure that all transferred staff are effectively and smoothly integrated into Infosys in a timely and proper manner. Work with IBU delivery to implement Infosys Academy integration programs
· Participate in HR Due Diligence and support HROCM lead when additional staff is required
· Conduct analysis and costing for transfer to ensure that the transfer is properly costed into the deal for all mergers & acquisitions.
· Manage and support Client Visits to India and present on behalf of Client HR Solutions
· Manage migration of Client HR Solutions Tools to Web based applications
· Work closely with Business unit pursuit, SGS and Delivery to solution people transfer programs
· Develop and implement staff transfer training programs
Skills
Understanding of business transition processes
Must be able to present to multiple client levels
Understanding of Infosys Global Delivery model
Background in HR preferably in C&B and BPHR , Someone who has handled HRO
· Ability to blend multiple human resource disciplines to conceptualize, design and develop programs and initiatives
· Previous On site experience extremely helpful
· Strong analytical and decision making skills
· Proficient on Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
