Role highlights & requirement but not limited to :
The Supply Chain Management Service Line houses individuals with skills in supply chain planning, product design, sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, distribution and service management who help our clients optimize their supply chains to improve their business performance.
Key responsibilities of the role may include:
Exposure to sourcing & procurement, logistics, project planning & control, etc. Consulting or functional experience in sourcing across direct and indirect commodities, supplier development, Supplier risk management, procure to pay process transformation, design to source process. Relevant industry exposure from engineering, EPC/construction, FMCG, Oil & Gas sectors. Strong program management skills. . Should have good project management and people management skills.
* Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
* Growing an offering/ tower within the Service Line: The individual will play a key role in growing the offering. This will involve:
1. Evangelizing/ educating internal stakeholders across geographies on India Management Consulting capabilities in this offering
2. Working with global counterparts to gain sponsorship for growing the offering headcount in India Management Consulting
3. Building capability of the Offering in keeping with the direction agreed with the global lead
4. Ensuring quality of the domain development and the engagement support work delivered by the offering
Key Competencies and Characteristics:
* This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments
* The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
* The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
* The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct
* The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work
* The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
* The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
