Location: We are urgently looking for
Designation: Manager-Collection Analytics
Location: Bangalore
Experience : 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop analytical capabilities to drive collections and to improve the
collections function
. Monthly support the preparation of the Collections Dashboard that is used
for the Platform Collections Review
. Develop and track metrics specific to Collections such as CAPE, Late Fees,
Collection Agent Performance measures, etc.
. Develop analytical tools that supports flexible and rapid setting of
Collections tactics
. Prepare ad hoc Collections analytics as required
He / she will develop forward-looking metrics / recommendations for
Collections, include developing monthly and quarterly forecasts, Collections
OP and SII target metrics.
Applicants must possess excellent analytical skills, strong IT knowledge.
He/she will work well cross-functionally, and will possess the confidence
and communication skills to effectively report conclusions and
recommendations to the Collections Leader
