MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

•       Leading Murex Tech team initiatives – Part of Technology Services at Beans & Intellect, involvement in setting-up murex system process, Murex team building and internal training & development at Beans & Intellect.
•       Technology Project Management, where the role involves:
•       Providing technical leadership to technical resources and customers to meet project deadlines and ensure project objective are met
•       Setting-up necessary technology processes and technology resource allocation for the Projects
•       Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to system development projects
•       Consult and mentor technical resources concerning methods, procedures, and standards to be used during design, development, and unit testing phases of system development projects
•       Provide system or technical development expertise to the technical resource team
•       Communicate and coordinate issues and status information with the individual Program Manager assigned for every Project.
•       Responsible Project execution, Client Delivery and Sign-off.


PERSON SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential       Desirable
•       IT or related degree.   Understanding of the financial markets and Treasury systems (Murex, Kondor, etc)

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
Essential       Desirable

•       Minimum of 4-6 years IT development experience
•       Experience of full project life cycle.
•       Proven project delivery skills.
•       Capital Markets, Derivatives background .


 TECHINICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Essential       Desirable
•       Understanding on Implementation and Integration of various tools in Treasury system.
•       Understanding of the importance of software development practices.
•       Broad understanding and experience in Development on  common technologies – C++, JAVA, .NET
•       Deeper understanding on Murex treasury system.
