Location: 13+ years experience in IT Infrastructure Services and Managed IT Services handling large Data Centers & Networks in senior managerial positionGood experience of implementing Data Centre Management framework / standardsShould have good understanding of the complete IT infrastructure requirements & hands on experience in Networks & Data Center, Disaster Recovery Center Design and Management preferably in the Financial Services / Banking domain, ITES/Technology domainResponsibility for delivery of all projects in terms of meeting the defined SLAs, Vendor Management and 24x7 Operations ManagementGood planning/design & execution skillsShould be quality consciousness, Focus on Productivity, ROI and TCO for all systemsShould be exposed to to strong quality procedures, process & documentation methodologyExperience in understanding IT needs of an organization and devising long term plans to meet the business objectivesShould have independent Project Management experience in handling multiple projectsShould possess excellent communication skills, inter personal skills, people/team management & strong leadership skills. Should be assertive enough.Should have handled large multi locational technical/Facility Management teams Should have wide exposure in customer interaction & ability to get into root cause analysis mode Well versed with Service Delivery, Service Support (ITIL framework / Foundation), having one implementation experience IT Policy formulation and implementation experience Should posses the ability to perform and deliver under high pressure and within deadlines
Technical Experience in Managing mission critical real time applications in high availability mode Should have hands on experience on heterogeneous OS platforms specially IBM AIX & Win 2k3 Adv Server apart from other flavors of UNIX Should have hands on experience on Oracle 9i & 10g Database Management including Real Application Clusters & Data Guard for disaster recovery implementations Should have experience on Real-time Disaster Recovery Site implementations as per International Standards which primarily includes experience on Realtime data replications solutions like Veritas Volume Manager, Volume Replicator & Veritas Cluster deployments Hands on Experience on IBM RS6000 / P5 series of Servers including HACMP implementations Hands on Experience on Storage Solutions ( preferably IBM SAN etc ) Experience on design & implementation of robust Networking Technologies/Architecture and Management that includes domestic & international Leased Circuits, VPN's, VLAN's. Working knowledge on related Network equipments ( all types of routers/switches – preferably both Cisco & Nortel etc ) Good knowledge on Data & Network Security implementations including Firewall, Intrusion Protection Systems, Antivirus & Anti spam solutions Experience in ISO27001 implementation The position is based in Goregaon (W) and reports to the Head-IT.
Candidate/Job Profile:
Engineers/MCAs with 13-24 years relevant experience especially in data center/mission-critical/disaster-management applications in financial services, banking, BPO/ITES organisations.
