YOU :
1. Must be from strong process background. Flair for sales welcome..
2. Managed a team of 30 - 50 members preferably Data Entry operators.
3. Must have coached and mentored the team members.
4. Manpower planning, recruitment, training and appraisals.
5. Strong in customer relationship management.
6. Lead operational excellence initiatives in the organisation
7. Train / Implement / Review Process with preventive and corrective actions.
Experience :
* Min. 3 years and atleast 1 year of relevant experience in operations
* Experience in document management and warehousing solutions preferred
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Preferred MBA
Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Preferred Industry : ITES / BPO / KPO / Customer Service
CTC : 2 Lac to 2.65 Lacs (Depending on the candidate)
