Location: Position: ODC Manager – SAP Infrastructure services
I am looking for an ODC Manager, apart from having a strong grounding in SAP BASIS, the identified person will have to be a people manager who can handle teams of technical experts.
Essential
· Knowledge of SAP Basis (ABAP and JAVA stacks)
· People management skills
· Good communication skills
· Experience of customer facing activities
· Experience of handling teams of 10-50 people
Role
· Process enable delivery to ensure outcomes and repeatability
· Develop existing consultants to perform better
· Extend the existing operations to provide support in shifts.
· Define and monitor performance indicators
· Hire new consultants to enhance delivery capability
· Generate MIS reports. Coordinate with clients to deliver improvement actions
