Location: Mergers and Acquisition Market Leader
India Market Leader Mergers and Acquisition is a senior client facing position responsible for leading the M&A Business within the market; seeking opportunities to engage with our client's clients or completing corporate transactions; understanding the business drivers and issues where our client has the potential to add value.
Some of the Responsibilities will include:-
* Planning M&A related activities with business leadership including marketing, sales, staffing and talent mgmt.
* Participating in the Regional M&A leadership group acting as the primary spokesperson and advocate on all matters relating to M&A within the market
* Ensuring that " best in front" resources are deployed on assignments and monitoring the effectiveness of the team
* Attracting, retaining and developing M&A staff
* Developing one on one relations with clients and prospects to match their challenges with solutions
Requirements:-
* Bachelors Degree, Masters degree is preferred
* 10+ years of experience working in HR and/or related consulting roles
* Experience of working on people related issues during transactions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to write compelling case studies and other sales and marketing material
* Strong interpersonal, consultative, selling and leadership skills
Compensation- Extremely Competitive
