Our client is a start up e-commerce firm, mainly into Online Book Sales.
HR Manager
Looking for candidate with 7+ years experience, with good experience in start up HR Operations.
7 yrs of work experience, who has done HR policies, compensation & benefits,performance management,organization development, employee welfare etc.
Someone who can understand the work environment in the small set up and have the capability to grow the organisation.
He/She will be responsible to manage end to end HR activities.
Salary won't be a constraint for the right candidate.
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a Premier B-School.
