Job Code: 12702 Location: One of the foreign banks of India is looking for VP / Sr VP in their Corporate Credit Risk Mgmt Group with minimum of 8-12 yrs of total work experience. Education: - MBA (from the premier institutes) / CA
Job Description:
· Financial analysis, structuring underwriting and portfolio management of various Indian Corporates (Corporates, Banks, Insurance, NBFC, etc).
· Analyze, recommend and manage Credit Risks on Indian Corporate Clients working closely with business partners to support new business and grow the portfolio.
· Maintain close working dialogue with business partners (Financial Institutions Investment Banker, Global Markets, Global Product Solutions, Syndications, etc) to handle appropriate financial solutions clients. Also ensure early pre-screening of significant transactions, and review marketing plans for new clients to agree and maintain sound client selection process
· Maintain regular dialogue with selected clients for appropriate/ timely credit underwriting decision and monitoring of credit quality of clients
· Be an active member of deal teams and contribute to the success of these teams by providing inputs in risk-acceptable alternative, etc
· On-going, timely, portfolio monitoring in accordance with credit policies and procedures based on level of risk
· Implementation of risk management product suite
· BaseI II related assignment
Experience:- Minimum 8 to 12 yrs of experience in the areas including the following
* Evaluation of credit proposal * Coordinating and interacting with business team for both transaction and portfolio compliance * Risk Assessment and Sanctioning * Determining Risk Mandate and Scale * Portfolio Risk Management & Control * Credit Administration & Documentation etc
The person should have tracked primarily Corporate Credit and have worked on the Indian credit and have interacted with clients directly. Compensation will be commensurate with the best in the industry.
