Location: Our client is a leading consulting company and looking our for Director – Investment Banking to be based at Bangalore.
Specification of the Position:
- Originate new business
- Analyse and execute transactions and take a lead role in production of related analysis and documentation
- Manage and perform financing mandates in corporate finance, project finance and private placement and investment advisory services including pre-IPO financing
- Guide, manage and perform buy/sell side M&A, distressed M&A and restructuring
Requirements
* University degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. CA / MBA / CFA qualifications is a plus
* 8-12 years in corporate finance function with at least 5 years managerial experience in a top tier investment bank or consulting company in India
* Extensive deal sheet
* Excellent business development skills, well-networked with the Medium scale enterprises.
* Knowledge of investment banking, valuation, risk management, negotiation, managerial skills and multi-tasking abilities
* Strong client staff and relationship management skills
* Strong /proven management capability
