The client is one of the largest integrated engineering companies in the world and is a global leader in offering integrated engineering services. Their services portfolio comprises of product design, analysis, prototyping & testing, embedded system design, production engineering using cutting-edge CAD/CAM/CAE technology in domains like Aerospace, Automotive,Off- highway Machinery, Medical Devices and Industrial Products amongst others.
They are looking to hire outstanding sales professionals at different locations in the US to help meet ambitious growth targets that they have set for themselves. Positions are available in Detroit ( Auto and auto ancillary industries experience ), Boston ( medical devices ), New Jersey ( industrial / marketing ), Bay area ( hi tech ) and S California ( medical and bio engineering ). They are looking for people with About 8 - 15 years of mechanical services and embedded electronics services industry experience, out of which at least 4 - 6 years must be in Business development and sales role in the region. Job responsibilities will include: * Contribute $ 6 - 10M to the top line growth of the group over a 2 year period * Work closely with Presales and collaboration teams for preparation of response to RFX. * Generating prospects (including cold call), identify leads, convert them to opportunities and close to meet both individual and group sales targets. * Develop customer relationships and pro-actively approach clients/ prospects to understand their requirements and then guide the program/ solutions team to develop the solutions * Assisting in developing sales plans and strategy * Facilitate building solutions, write proposals and deliver presentations to clients * Participate in various conferences and forums to generate leads * Maintaining a detailed knowledge of company services and offerings and applying it effectively to secure new business and develop existing relationships. Track A/R performance * Analyze the market trends and define penetration strategy to address opportunities * Keep up to date with industry knowledge and awareness of competitor activities.
