Location: Introduction: This position is open with one of our MNC clients who are into infrastructure and networking solutions.
Position is based in Bangalore.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering a large number of high-quality project leads to the salesteam.
This is achieved through superior corporate and product marketing strategies and tactics including product launches, marketing activities and marketing programs.
Develop Marketing plan including the strategic/tactical elements and the budget to effectively launch the products.
Supervise marketing executive(s) in implementing their duties.
For markets which currently do not have marketing executives, the marketing manager shall also perform the duties of the marketing executive.
Establish priorities and direct all marketing and promotional activities, together with the BDMs, to maximize our market penetration.
* Lead in developing events and other activities targeted at decision-makers/influencers in high-priority vertical markets. This includes developing the general marketing message, compiling specific marketing content for the event and co-ordinating with any partners.
* Build an infrastructure for lead generation and transferring the leads into the CRM.
* Design product launches that have an impact on the market. This is achieved through preparation of launch packages, training of sales and other staff and running promotional activities.
* Assist in developing and implementing various marketing programs targeted at channels and alliance partners
* Develop and provide the appropriate product, market and economic research needed for all groups, including competitor analysis.
Work closely with Regional Marketing team and Corp to ensure local plans and activities are consistent with global plans
Interface with customers, distributors, etc, to keep current on changes & opportunities with all our markets
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to think creatively, excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, organizational and leadership skills.
