Job Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
· Mentoring a team of Research analysts
· Time utilization – 50 % monitoring projects & 50 % working on critical project requirements
· Strategic coordination ( QC , Research , Editing : in line- with requirements )
· Driving activities in the task force
· Inventing new research tools for information representation
· Contributing towards research articles and journals
· Team workshop initiatives
Eligibility/Candidate Profile:
· Current experience as Lead in a similar industry
· MBA is preferable
· Team management skills
· Excellent communication & presentation skills
