Location: The Role:
Managing a credit operations organisation encompassing teams supporting Europe, Asia and the US. The role will require an individual who can look for synergies across the regional processes and develop a global team structure whilst understanding the needs and differences of the various regions. A strong ability to identify weaknesses in processes and be able to provide solutions for both control development as well as volume and scope growth, is also required. As Credit becomes a key market for this role will require someone who can elevate the profile of the Mumbai team as well as work closely with the business and regional stakeholders.
Individual with:
Operational Credit experience at an AVP or VP Level.
An working knowledge of front to back derivative processing.
Proven experience of liaising with global stakeholders in from both the business and Operations.
Good people management skills
A drive to make productive changes and developments – Not someone to simply follow what has been done before.
A credit expert – Understanding of both the global credit market as well as a theoretic and practical understanding of key Credit products (CDS, Index, CDOs)
Excellent knowledge of the Credit market and its implications on Operations.
Knowledge of Industry regulatory, compliance and best practices.
Project experience.
Very strong communication skills.
