About the Role:
The Analytical Skills Trainer’s role is very important, and reports directly to the National Training Head. Most of the training will be to students pursuing MBA/PGDM/B Tech courses in colleges of Noida/ Greater Noida/ Ghaziabad. Specifically:
* He/She: will be imparting classroom training every day- in areas like quantitative aptitude, Reasoning ability, verbal ability etc. as also in designing and implementing what exactly should be taught to improve the ‘employability’ of students.
* Doing personal research (internet, books, shadowing batches etc.) to improve as an Analytical Trainer. Helping Elements Akademia in refining the current content to make it India’s best.
* The trainer is also- during non-teaching hours- expected to help in student counseling efforts, including taking assessments, subtle counseling of prospects leading to conversion, going to colleges/fairs for a presentation..
* Doing regular assessments to check progress of each candidate, and spending additional personal time with lagging students.
* Checking and giving feedback on homework and other activities.
* Maintaining and sending timely reports requested by management.
* Leading/helping in campus activities like events, competitions etc.
* Anything else that the company decides from time to time
Necessary conditions for the role (Please do NOT apply if you don’t meet them):

Quantitative Aptitude
Verbal Ability
Logical Reasoning
* Excellent communication and writing skills
- Training delivery skills
- Empathy/Caring attitude that students find inspirational
- Good knowledge of computers (MS Office)
* Preferred Candidates: Located in DELHI/ NCR or Candidates ready to relocate ASAP
Earning Potential:
Rs. 25000-35000 pm (Depending on work experience and fit)
