Primary responsbilities include:
Supervise, prioritise and coordinate all activities of Factory
operations, personnel, and administrative tasks to ensure that all
products required are produced to target volumes and specifications with
best possible efficiencies.
Exceed goals in terms of Safety, Quality, Compliance, Customer service,
yield, and cost.
Control production costs by minimising process waste, maximising
efficiencies and taking appropriate actions to reduce downtime and
improve quality.
Stock count / Inventory control of RM/PM/FG and material variance
analysis & control
Mandatory requirements:
NITIE + 2-4yrs similar experience
Functional capiblities required include:
Production planning and control
Waste management
Project Management
Grain process knowledge
Knowledge of bottling lines
