Key Responsibilities
. Key responsibilities include People Management, Operations/Service
Delivery and Client Relationship Management for their Travel vertical.
The Selected candidate should be:
. Candidate must possess an MBA/ PGDM degree
. Studies/Administrat ion/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
. Required skills: Strong oral and written English communication skills,
critical and analytical skills
. With Background in both Operations/Service Delivery and Client Management
for a contact centre or call centre. (inbound)
. Travel background (preferable not a must)
. Exposure to six sigma/ quality is a plus
. At least 1-2 year(s) of Senior Operations Management experience is
required for this position
. Handle P&L for their clients
